A new electric water heater was recently installed. A unique feature for this type of cabin is the public sewer system it's connected to. The area is surrounded by mature pines and oaks and the sound of the wind in the trees is very soothing. The peaceful, serene setting is sometimes disturbed by the stellar jays squawking for food.
