Barry Jones

Growing up in Denver, Colorado and beginning his business career after graduating from the University of Colorado, Barry has been focused in the real estate industry for over forty-five years.  Before moving to CA, Barry had direct hands-on sales responsibility for over $300 million in residential housing sales and $200 million in commercial transactions. He was also responsible for all administrative and operational matters of an investment company (REIT) owning commercial real estate valued in excess of $800 million.

Since moving to CA, Barry has continued to have a solid track record of success for buyers and sellers of real estate with responsibilities as a branch manager with Coldwell Banker for 6 years and a branch manager with Dilbeck, Inc, a large independent real estate company for 13 years. For the last two years, Barry has been honored and proud to serve as an assistant branch manager for Coldwell Banker in San Marino CA.

Barry is knowledgeable, a great listener, an effective communicator and marketing strategist, and a very strong negotiator. He understands the unique dynamics of the local real estate markets of Pasadena, San Marino, La Canada Flintridge, South Pasadena, Altadena and other surrounding neighborhoods and is ready to help buyers and sellers of real estate today.
