Through my senior guidance practice, Your Next Chapter, I work with clients and their families to understand their full range of housing options — aging in place, downsizing, or transitioning to a senior living community. My approach is honest and unhurried. I help people see the full picture and make decisions that are right for their situation.

I have been a full-time real estate broker in San Diego since 1987. I specialize in working with seniors and families navigating major life transitions, and I bring nearly four decades of local market experience to every conversation.

Based in San Diego’s East County — La Mesa, El Cajon, Santee, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, Lakeside, and Alpine. Available throughout San Diego County.
