About me

I've lived in La Mesa my whole life. I grew up here, raised my family here, and have sold real estate in East County San Diego full time since 1998. My father has been in this business more than 60 years. He is in the office every day, and I think through every difficult situation with him, but I work every file myself, from the first call to closing.

My experience

In 28 years I've sold more than 1,000 homes, with more than $1 billion in sales volume, including more than 100 probate and trust sales. I'm a PSAR R.E.A.L. Award recipient, which puts me in the top 1% of San Diego County agents by sales volume, and I'm ranked #1 in La Mesa's 91941 ZIP code by sales volume, per Business Rate. I'm also a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist. I represent sellers, buyers, and investors, and I guide families and trustees through estate and trust sales, working alongside the family's attorney, to closing. If the house is still full, the trustee does not have to empty it first. It is a complete family affair: my family goes through the house by hand to make sure every family heirloom and item of value stays with your family, and only licensed members of my family handle heirlooms and valuables. My sons do all of the heavy lifting, and there is no separate charge. My advice is based on real numbers: what comparable homes actually sold for, how many days they took, and what it will take to get your result. No pressure, just a clear plan.

The communities I serve

East County is a set of very different markets. La Mesa runs from the walkable shops and restaurants of La Mesa Village to view homes on Mt. Helix and the neighborhoods around Lake Murray. El Cajon includes established areas like Fletcher Hills and Granite Hills. Santee offers newer construction and Santee Lakes, while Lakeside, Alpine, and Jamul have larger lots, horse property, and room to spread out. I also work in Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, Rancho San Diego, and the San Carlos and Del Cerro areas of San Diego. Knowing how each of these micro markets prices homes is how I help clients avoid overpaying and avoid leaving money on the table.
