More about Jessica Heredia

Jessica Heredia bought her first home when she was twenty-three. She still remembers the weight of that key in her hand—the terror and the thrill of it. That moment shaped everything that followed. It taught her what it means to cross a threshold into a life you're building for yourself. This is why she chose the arch as her symbol: throughout history, arches have marked passages between what was and what will be. What fascinates her most is the physics—an arch transforms downward pressure into outward strength. This is what she does for her clients. Real estate carries enormous weight. Her work is to transform that pressure into a supported journey toward whatever comes next.

Jessica calls her practice The Arch of the Empire—empire not as conquest, but as creation. The slow, deliberate accumulation of something meaningful. She has been in real estate since 2000, a top producer since 2007, with over $500 million in career sales across Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and the Westside. She is currently International President's Elite, the top 2% of the company worldwide. But what she's proudest of started seven years ago with Megan's Wings, a nonprofit for families facing pediatric cancer. She created a housing program to help families stay near the hospitals where their children were being treated. From there, she got involved in Thanksgiving meal deliveries and Christmas sponsorships. That work taught her what community actually looks like: showing up, saying I see you, you're not alone.

She carries that into every listing appointment. Real estate, at its best, is community building—weaving people into the fabric of neighborhoods, honoring what was built while making space for what's next. Outside of work, Jessica sails with California Yacht Club and Blue Pacific Yachting, rows crew, and salsa dances. She has a niece and nephew who make her the proudest auntie—watching them grow reminds her why legacy matters. The empires we build aren't for us alone. They're for the ones who come after.
