I am a real estate agent representing buyers and sellers of residential property in the Westside of Los Angeles. My specific focus is on the Westside—from Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and beyond. I grew up on the Westside and have an intimate familiarity with this unique, dynamic market. I'm able to identify rare opportunities and have realized great outcomes for my many buyers and sellers over the last decade.

I’m not partial to the all-too-typical hyperbole that many agents trade in; I try to be smart, skeptical, alert, caring and thoughtful and strive to give the same service I wish to receive myself; I provide guidance and sound counsel in real estate to a wide range of clients.

I love helping people realize their living and home ideals. I know how good it feels to be in the right home, or to let go of the wrong one. I treat each deal as if it were my own-- from great leases to $500K condos to $10MM estates.

My strengths as a buyer's agent include having a thorough understanding of how to gain online and offline information that help allow for informed decisions; for clients ready to sell, I am involved hands-on in every detail of the marketing, showings, pricing, staging, advertising, escrow and sale of the property.

Deals can be complicated, and they’re not always easy; the best results come when someone who is calm and sharp represents you and negotiates the process intelligently, cannily and effectively.

Outside of real estate, my wife and I are very invested in our local community; our 12-year-old daughter goes to school close to our mid-century home in Brentwood. When not working, I like to cook, eat and entertain, drink wine, read, play tennis, practice yoga, take photographs, and go hiking – though generally not all at once or in that order.
