Sergio Guizar

I was born in Los Angeles and grew up all around the Los Angeles area. I come from generations of real estate investors, hence why I love to be in real estate so much. My fondest memories of my grandmother is of us getting ice cream and her discussing with eight-year old me, about homes values and properties we were passing by. At the age of eight, I was not so interested in real estate, but more of the prospect of getting to eat ice cream with lots of sprinkles. Little did I know, her conversations with me would sow a passion for real estate that has fortunately stemmed into a profession. I currently live on the West-side; a few minutes from my parents who live in Santa Monica. My hobbies include golfing and walking with my parents and wife to view open houses in the area.
