She works in Los Gatos and lives in Saratoga with her husband and children, and has been a resident of the area since 1972. Simin supports many non-profit organizations such as the Crippled Children's Society, Eastfield Ming Quong and Project Match. An honors graduate of San Francisco State University, her Real Estate background started at age 19 when she bought her first home. During the last 20 years, she has worked with property management companies, developers, new and resale homes, Short Sales, and as a Relocation Specialist with Corporations. Simin's great patience and attention to detail along with her marketing strategies and negotiating skills make her "simply the best!"
