“What’s up Silicon Valley?” is produced by Stephanie Perrault, Jenny Lyn and David Joud. It is addressing the ways in which the dynamics of the corporate world and the community both impact the local residential and commercial real estate market. The production team is striving to find the yin & the yang that is necessary for “Silicon Real Estate What’s up?“ to have the right balance by acknowledging the seriousness deserved, still leaving room to be lighthearted and funny. After all, this show is broadcasted to entertain the viewers. “Silicon Real Estate What’s up?“ is a 30 minute show composed of 3 to 5 segments with duration of 1 to 10 minutes. Shot in the studio, various homes, local businesses, and on the street. By means of interviewing, panel discussions, debates, word of mouth, buyers, sellers and real estate professionals all contribute to the topics of the show. The trend of the show is to discover valuable content on educational and informative stories shared by local executives, business owners, Realtors, home buyers and sellers. The hosting will be performed by Stephanie Perrault and a live animated little man named “Smart”. She is bringing her spontaneity, her witty French sense of humor and also her experience and expertise in the real estate industry. This hosting team use their entertaining talent in a unique and charming way towards their audience, connecting them to the spirit of the show.
