Before transitioning fully into real estate, Lee spent more than two decades advising individual and institutional clients on complex investment strategies across the United States and offshore markets. His background includes capital raising through a Singapore-based hedge fund, where he helped deliver consistent returns while emphasizing disciplined timing and urgency.

Lee has held senior roles with Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills as a financial advisor and later as a residential mortgage originator with a super-regional bank. This cross-disciplinary experience allows him to view real estate not only as property, but as a sophisticated financial instrument within a broader wealth strategy.

Deeply knowledgeable about the Los Angeles real estate market, Lee believes there is no other market like it in the world. He is currently focused on One Beverly Hills, a landmark $5+ billion development anchored by the Aman Residences, featuring two residential towers, an Aman hotel and private club, luxury retail, and the complete renovation of the iconic Beverly Hilton.
