My Backgound

Born in Iran and raised in Southern California since 1970, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Math from California State University of Long Beach and held software engineering positions with companies like Xerox Corp. and FileNET/IBM to name a few. I have lived in Southern California most of my life and currently reside in Trabuco Canyon, CA with my wife and two kids.
As a former software systems engineer, I'm at home where most agents are uncomfortable, with technology. I put that to work for my clients. Along with my trained analytical skills, I distill all those numbers and transform them into easily understood information that my clients can use to make important decisions.

My Specialities

As an agent of Coldwell Banker, I represent Residential, Multifamily Units, Commercial and Vacant Land Investment Properties in Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and the Greater Los Angeles Area. If you're looking for property out of State, that's not a problem either. Currently working with other Broker/Agents outside of California which I'm more than happy to refer you to. Philosophically, I want clients for life. I want them back as customers and I want to help their families and friends with their real estate needs as well. As a result, I treat your transactions and your money as if it were my own - I watch it very carefully. I listen carefully to your needs, wants, and desires and make it my goal to fulfill them, as if they were my own.

Personal History

I have a son and daughter for which is one of the reasons I made this career change back in 2001 so that I can spend more quality time with my family. I find the best aspects of the area to be the wonderful climate, fast pace and cultural diversity. Besides real estate, our family enjoys camping, scuba diving and being involved in our children's lives.
