Seasonal rates apply: $50/night from 6/1 to 9/30; $60/night from 10/1 to 12/15; and $65/night from 12/16 to 5/31, plus a one-time cleaning fee of $175.00. Please note that NO CREDIT CARDS are accepted. A security deposit is required at signing, and the remaining balance is due via Cashier's Checks 30 days prior to arrival. The renter is responsible for electric usage exceeding $100 per month. Please be aware that the property is unavailable from 11/30/2025 to 4/15/2026.
