655 Embarcadero Rd Palo Alto, CA 94301

Spooky season is almost here, and this one comes with a frightfully long to-do list! Built in 1926, this property is being offered in its current gutted, unfinished condition and presents an opportunity for someone with vision, imagination, and a willingness to take on a substantial renovation or possible rebuild (buyer to check with city). The interior has been stripped to the studs and subfloor. Work was started at some point within approximately the past 10 years, but the renovation remains incomplete. The property currently features exposed framing, subfloor, older exterior siding and most of the existing roof, with a portion missing. The generally flat lot is currently mostly bare dirt without landscaping. The history of the home and prior work is unknown. No tricks here, just a very real renovation project with plenty of potential! Bring your contractor, architect, imagination...and maybe a flashlight. Property is being sold in its present condition. Features/statistics (bedrooms, bathrooms, rooms, square footages) were auto populated through MLS. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence regarding the property's condition, history, permits, zoning, utilities, structure, and feasibility of any proposed improvements.
