A multitasking maven in her own right, Coleen Novak spent over twenty years managing high-profile bands (Sarah McLachlan and Barenaked Ladies, anyone?) before pivoting into the real estate realm. Her experience proved immeasurable. One-part therapist and two-parts business manager, the artist-Sherpa-turned-real estate agent was a natural fit. She successfully segued her talent for coordinating multi-million-dollar tours, album campaigns, and entertainment careers into a thriving real estate business. And the rest is history.

Imbued with a natural gift for anticipating needs, Coleen is no stranger to clients relying on her at all hours. Strategic, resourceful, and exceedingly honest, she takes a hands-on approach to guiding clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way. To Coleen, real estate is more than simply helping clients buy or sell a home. Fiercely protective of her clients, it’s a responsibility she doesn’t take lightly.

Born and bred on the West Coast of Canada, Coleen hopscotch the globe during her music manager career. From New York to London, Toronto, and back again, she gleaned an impressive appreciation for the historic homes that punctuated her mélange of tour stops. Convinced that “every home tells a story,” Coleen worked to ensure her 1929 English Tudor in Pasadena was awarded the Mills Act designation before tackling a 1920s Spanish Revival remodel in Glendale. Beloved for its fascinating architecture, Coleen adores her hillside community and its proximity to LA’s niche neighborhoods. When she’s not hustling for her clients, you’ll find the mother of two actively involved as a member of St. Mark’s School’s Board of Trustees, along with her children’s respective schools, Chandler School, and Westridge School for Girls.
