Steven’s been in Real Estate for a very long time now, totaling 18 years. It is the last 7 years, that he has exclusively focused on Residential Sales. He considers himself a proud Angeleno. And it is his personal belief that this City still has ample room for everyone.

Utilizing his extensive previous background in construction and design management, allows Steven to quickly identify: levels of craftsmanship in all types of construction, quality of selected interior finishes, and being able to promptly assess if the final product available, is something his clients will be tremendously satisfied with.

Within those 7 years and $25,500,000 in Residential Sales, he now utilizes Coldwell Banker’s industry-leading technology, to tap into a global network allowing him to provide his clients with cutting-edge data, sales trends and statistics.

His keen insight into how cities and neighborhoods grow and evolve, ensure clients will always find their house and home. He has thorough and extensive knowledge of local history, eras of architecture, and various phases that have shaped Los Angeles.
With a special focus on districts of the city that are rich in local history: Jefferson Park, Leimert Park, El Sereno, Highland Park.

Steven has lived in numerous cities including New York, Chicago, London and CDMX.
He loves photography, abstract art, food & wine, going to concerts and collecting Adidas Originals. He is also a huge fan of the Dodgers and loves to follow the ATP Tennis Tour.
