Todd, who focuses on seller-clients, feels privileged to provide top-shelf assistance. His unique aspiration is to ensure that the seller is continually in the driver’s seat. This is their sale, not his. “When that lightbulb goes on, the clients get it.” They know everything…the way that The Todd Team intends --- honesty and transparency at hand. 

At the age of 10, Todd enjoyed helping his broker-parents with signs. After college, Todd received his broker’s license, met his wife, and began a family business. Continuing education is a constant to keep current, document and route valuable information to his team and clients.

Jill, while in culinary school stirring up a career as a chef, found a love for flipping homes with Todd. The dream of creating a healthy kitchen was tabled for the new dream of staging homes and interior design. The kitchens Jill now appear in are her own, and in those of her clients.     

With desire and drive for her craft, Jill brought forth a concept of staging homes before staging was… a thing. Jill’s idea of strategically placing a piece of beautiful furniture to help decorate a home to sell was a unique belief  --- one that would not only enhance a home sale, but also delight potential buyers. With a fascination for interior design, room additions, and remodeling, Jill pursued a general contractor’s license to help others see what she did --- home improvement at an affordable price.

Jill’s warehouse secures furniture and accessories that light up each room of a staged home. Jill hand-picks all furnishings with each home for sale in mind. This skill demands confidence, and “the eye.”

This dedicated duo sets themselves apart by preparing the home for sale with all inspections and repairs completed upfront to protect the client, ensure a smooth sale, and provide value. They offer their seller-client a different experience --- enjoying the beauty of all work completed before listing their home. Preparing the home for sale upfront is priceless for Todd and Jill’s clients where they are able to view all work completed online before the sign goes up. When all is done, “tension releases.”

Both Todd and Jill enjoy their summer and winter homes along with seasonal sports, boating and snow-skiing in Lake Tahoe. Traveling is in their blood, and spending time with family is vital to their existence.
