For over 18 years Cheryl has successfully sold real estate in the Placer, Sacramento and El Dorado counties. Her business has been built almost solely on a referral basis and all her clients appreciate the hard work she puts into every transaction.

Before Real Estate, Cheryl was the founding member and President of the National Charity League, Granite Bay Chapter. The National Charity League is a non-profit organization devoted to fostering Mother-Daughter relationships through philanthropic acts. After nearly twelve years it is now a thriving organization in Granite Bay volunteering over 7000 hours each year in our community. Outside of this major accomplishment, she was also the owner of Zardin Communications and worked for ATT in their Telecommunications Department.

In 2004, Cheryl became a licensed agent, and is one of Coldwell Banker's Top Producers. She is Life Masters Club member of Placer County Association of Realtors; which is only awarded to agents who achieve consistent high sales in Real Estate, and she's a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist.
