Coldwell Banker Realty broker Matteo Peccei is a young, motivated real estate professional with strong roots in the community. Having grown up in the area, he knows the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle firsthand, giving his clients a real advantage when buying or selling. He attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where received his bachelors in Business Marketing, and then decided to join the business to help his father build and manage properties.

Matteo is known for his hands on approach and strong work ethic. He stays involved in every step of the process to make sure everything runs smoothly and no detail gets missed. His goal is simple, to keep things straightforward, stress free, and moving in the right direction.

He understands that real estate is a big decision and takes pride in being someone his clients can rely on. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in the summer of 2025, he moved back to the area to begin his real estate career.
