UPDATED Oct 2025: The condo now has a new balcony that can be used to move furniture in and out. The condo can be rented with no furniture if desired. Also, 2 new windows will be added soon in loft for more ocean views. Entire building is new construction. Property is a 3 story, 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a loft that currently has 2 queen beds. The condo is large with 1,159 square feet. A spiral staircase is used to gain access to each floor. The unit can come completely furnished, 3 queen beds, couch/furniture if desired. It also has TVs with Roku, Sonos sound bars, wall coverings, linen for beds and towels, fridge, washer dryer and all kitchen equipment needed (glasses/plates/utensils,pots/pans, etc). Note it is difficult to move furniture up the spiral staircase but the addition of the balcony off the living area with a removable fence makes moving furniture in easier. The loft contains 2 queen beds and the bedroom has one queen bed. Keep whatever furniture you like and we will remove any that you don't want. The unit has air conditioning as well. Top level has an ocean view as well. Unit comes with a covered space that could be used for tandem parking for smaller cars. Comes with free WiFi!
