After 16 years as an engineer and manager in the field of electronics manufacturing, I now have a career in residential real estate. Fortunately, many of the skill sets that helped me to achieve prior successes are transferable to real estate.

Hiring a knowledgeable agent is the crucial for a successful real estate transaction. I have attended Coldwell Banker's Success Builders immersion program at the beginning of my career. However, continuous education is important to stay up to date on new developments. Every Friday, I attend a training session led by the Pacific Beach Branch Manager. Every month I seek out a training session from a third party, such as lenders, the REALTOR® association, title companies, etc.

Whether buying or selling a home, I will support you through the process by providing many services, including:

- Data analysis to determine homes' values and market trends
- Generate demand for listings through online and paper advertising
- Write/receive offers and negotiate accordingly
