My connection to Poway and San Diego County real estate began in 1971. I was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, and moved to Poway after serving four years in the United States Air Force, including one year in Vietnam.

I earned my California real estate license in August 1971 and purchased my first home just one month later. After getting married in November of that same year, my wife and I began purchasing homes as rental properties and building our real estate investment portfolio.

In 1978, while showing homes in Escondido to a client, I found a home that was perfect for my own family and ended up purchasing it. We have lived in Escondido since July 1978, but my connection to Poway has remained strong. I continue to serve clients in the Poway area and still own rental properties there today.

With more than 50 years of firsthand experience in residential real estate, homeownership, rental properties, and real estate investing, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every client I serve. My long-standing familiarity with Poway, Escondido, and the greater San Diego County real estate market allows me to offer valuable local insight to buyers, sellers, and investors.
