Steven Gibbs

Welcome!

My name is Steven Gibbs, born and raised here in Southern California, I was raised in a household of home builders. With over 17 years of Real Estate experience in San Diego, and much of that being with a prominent regional new home builder, I understand the region, and how it has evolved over the years. Perhaps I even assisted some of you with a purchase or two in Carmel Valley, Sorrento Valley, Santee, or in San Diego proper over the years. 

Guiding Principles

I spent the first half of my adult working life in the hospitality industry where I worked and eventually ran service staff at premium hotels. Every day I applied the guiding principles of quality service: integrity, knowledge, and a commitment to excellence, all applied with a single-minded dedication to those under my care...

To me, Real Estate IS unquestionably a customer service industry, and it is with those unique skills that I can provide you with the quality care you deserve.

It is a challenging, even frightening thing to move to a new city, upsize or downsize a home, or purchase your very first home. I would be honored to be your counselor, confidante, and expert guide. 

Who am I

A California native, I came from a household where construction was discussed nightly at the dinner table, where blueprints were spread out after the meal for review, and even as a little boy I was encouraged to participate in discussions about the design and flow of our projects. 

I have loved what I do from a very young age, it's my passion.
