Joe Piasecki is a dependable and detail-oriented advocate for sellers and buyers of single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-unit investment properties throughout the Los Angeles area.

Joe’s experience includes closing deals for multiple first-time buyers, representing sellers of both fixer and turnkey homes, and navigating complex development deals. He is fluent in negotiating interest rate buydowns, drafting seller financing agreements, 1031 Exchanges, and evaluating value-add opportunities.

A USC graduate who has lived and worked in L.A. for more than 25 years, Joe understands the history, character and trajectory of the neighborhoods he serves. He came to real estate from a media background, formerly serving Marina del Rey, Venice, Mar Vista, Del Rey, Westchester, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Del Rey, Culver City, and Santa Monica as editor of The Argonaut newsweekly. When he’s not working, Joe is often exploring the family-friendly side of Los Angeles with his wife and 5-year-old daughter.
