Frank Gallagher

I'm pleased to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker where I can bring my skills and experience for the benefit of buyers and sellers. I bring over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, from remodeling bathrooms and kitchens to complete home makeovers. I've purchased raw land and built and sold spec homes. 

I have also done commercial remodels, tenant improvements and built commercial buildings from raw land to tenant move-in. I’ve purchased commercial buildings and sold “like kind” property in 1031 Exchanges. In doing both residential and commercial building, I have become familiar with the various city and county building codes and requirements.

When I returned from Vietnam, where I flew helicopters, I went back to school and picked up a B.A at UCSC. After graduation, I went back to flying as a commercial helicopter pilot and flight instructor. I flew in the San Joaquin Valley, Alaska, Chicago and the Bay Area. I taught a local contractor how to fly and he taught me the construction business. Along the way, I picked up a JD at John F. Kennedy University School of Law by the time I was 50 giving me a broader understanding of the law as it relates to real estate. 

I have been in the service industry my entire life and I'm here to serve you.
