A Sonoma County native, Matt Doyle has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2010. He operates with integrity and professionalism and knows how to navigate challenging situations in this ever-changing market. Matt has owned and operated two midsized real estate companies over the last 12 years with one in southern Arizona and most recently one in central Oregon. He is licensed in two states, as a Principal Broker in Oregon, and now as a full-time agent right here in Sonoma County with Coldwell Banker in Sebastopol California.

Having owned two real estate companies, Matt has an extensive background that is invaluable in service to his clients. He works with both Sellers and Buyers but considers himself a “Listing Agent” at heart. You will find that Matt always employs professional photography for every listing, no matter the price or condition of the property. One of his favorite duties as a broker/owner was training new agents how to list properties in a manner custom tailored for each client’s needs, and he has done so for more than 100 agents.

As a Certified Negotiations Expert, Matt recognizes the importance of leverage in a transaction. His goal is to negotiate in your best interest and, at the same time, strike a balance between the needs of both parties to keep the transaction on track. Expert negotiation is one of the skills Matt’s clients value highly.

Prior to becoming a licensed agent/broker, Matt enjoyed an over 20-year successful career in residential building, doing historical renovations, flipping properties, remodeling and building many custom homes right here in Sonoma County.
