I've been selling homes in Los Angeles for about 30 years. I've also lived in the same Sherman Oaks home for most of that time.

That second part matters more than people expect. I know these neighborhoods because I've stayed in them. I know which streets flood, which blocks feel like small towns, and why two houses a mile apart can live completely differently. I also know a lot of the people: neighbors, contractors, lenders, inspectors, other agents. That network gets deals done quietly when things get complicated.

My work is mostly in the Valley, including Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, and Calabasas. I also work over the hill in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and the Hollywood Hills.
