Scott Hillenbrand has been the Coldwell Banker Studio City Branch Manager for over a year and in March 2023 he was also asked to become the Branch Manager of the Sherman Oaks Office. Within the year of becoming the Branch Manager at Studio City, he has accomplished so much including becoming the Manager of the Year Inland Region Los Angeles in 2022 and being the #1 Rookie Manager for Recruiting in the country.

He began his CB career years ago at the Studio City office and was a consistent top producer earning award levels every year. Since joining CB some years ago, Scott has proven himself amongst his peers to be passionate, knowledgeable, hard-working, and very ethical. Scott has always been a top producing businessman in multiple businesses throughout his career. He has excelled to the highest levels in both the Real Estate and Entertainment Industries. Scott was one the founding agents of The John Aaroe Group and has worked for Pacific Union and Compass throughout his career. Scott's business acumen includes well developed sales and people skills, recruiting and hiring top talent, managing large production teams, creative and effective marketing, solid negotiating, problem solving in real time, and most importantly Scott is an excellent listener, who elevates every transaction and team he manages.

Scott met his wife Raquel Hillenbrand, also a Coldwell Banker agent, at a CB Holiday party at the Braemar Country Club, where Scott is also a member. He is the father of 19-year-old boy/boy twins and is stepdad to a 13-year-old girl. He is a soccer coach and tennis coach. He was born in Queens, NY and grew up on Long Island. He attended High School of Performing Arts and has a BS in Speech and Communications from Northwestern University in Chicago.

Scott greatly values the community he lives in and brings outstanding free programs like "hazardous waste drives" whereby he collects and delivers thousands of pounds of waste every year.
