Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® Announces Top Sales Associates in South Carolina for 2015

COLUMBIA, SC (March 24, 2016) — Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS®, a leading real estate brokerage in the Carolinas, announced its top sales associates in South Carolina this week.

Elizabeth Ferguson of Midtown was recognized for both top sales volume and units sold with an International President’s Elite Award. Three other individual sales associates were awarded with the International President’s Elite Award:  Rob Brannan of Irmo/Lake Murray, Karen Lucas of Lexington, and Susie Carlson of Midtown.

Two teams were recognized with the International President’s Circle Team Award, including: The Hood Team of Irmo/Lake Murray and the Calhoun McMeekin & Mary Ellen Maloney Team of Midtown. Several individual sales associates were also awarded the International President’s Circle Award, including: Duane Warr of Irmo/Lake Murray; Whit Moore, Michel Moore and Jimmy & Laura Derrick of Midtown; Cameron Hartley, Greg Newman, Patti Lutterloah and Terry Jones of Northeast.

The Andrew Madden Team was recognized with an International Diamond Society Team Award. Several individual sales associates were also recognized with an International Diamond Society Award, including: Denise Johnson and Kathy Place of Irmo/Lake Murray; Michael Lucas, Sally Lucas and Janice Whitehead-Cockrell of Lexington; Terri Irvin, Cece Zimmerman, Bill Graham, George Walker and Lauren Gilstrap of Midtown; Doug Bridges, Tiffany Reeves, Jennifer Bell and Kathy Stenson of Northeast.
