Duff Rubin is Regional President, Southeast, leading more than 120 offices and 13,000 real estate professionals in Atlanta, the Carolinas, Florida and the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to taking on this role in 2023, Rubin was President of the Florida region, where Coldwell Banker Realty is the largest residential real estate company in the state.
Prior to becoming Regional President, Southeast, Rubin served as General Manager for Coldwell Banker Realty, Florida as well as acting Regional Vice President for the Southwest region of Florida. Previously, he was President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region of the country, overseeing 28 offices and more than 2,400 independent agents in Greater Baltimore, Greater Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and the Maryland and Delaware beaches.
Before his time in the Mid-Atlantic, Rubin was the Regional Senior Vice President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida (formerly Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate), where he oversaw operations for the Southeast Florida region, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. During that time, he also led the growth of the company through new developments and acquisitions for the entire state. He was formerly the Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Florida and has more than 20 years’ experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
In 2019, Rubin was recognized by the Swanepoel Power 200 as one of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate and he was recognized for his outstanding leadership by the Miami Association of REALTORS® with the 2016 Leadership Award. He works tirelessly to maintain a high profile for Coldwell Banker® in the community by regularly speaking on guest panels, attending important community events and contributing articles and insights to the local news media. He also prides himself on being an associate-focused president by working in the field and winning business with the agents.
Named a 2024 RIS Media Newsmaker, Rubin is regularly looked to for commentary and guidance on the real estate market and industry issues.
Laura L. Rittenberg
President
Greater Atlanta, North Carolina and South Carolina
Laura L. Rittenberg is the president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Greater Atlanta, North Carolina and South Carolina. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the companies’ 30 sales offices and over 2,500 sales associates and staff. Laura was named president of the Atlanta company in 2017 and her role was expanded to include the Carolina companies in 2019.
Her leadership is focused on helping agents live exceptional lives with Coldwell Banker’s® Core 4 Values, which include a commitment to Production Power, Coaching to Confidence, a Culture of Awesomeness and Wealth Building.
Prior to her current role, Laura served as president of Coldwell Banker on Long Island and in Queens, New York. Before being named president, she was regional vice president for Coldwell Banker on Long Island and in Queens, and regional vice president for Coldwell Banker Realty in Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.
Laura has more than 40 years of experience in residential real estate. Over the course of her extensive career, she has worked as a real estate salesperson, branch office manager and corporate executive. In addition, she owned and operated two independent real estate companies, a mortgage company, a real estate licensing school, and managed sales offices for two national franchises. Laura joined with the Coldwell Banker Realty executive team in 2000 when she sold her Denver-based company to Coldwell Banker in Denver.
Laura is an active philanthropist, proudly serving as the Atlanta chapter president of Coldwell Banker Realty CARES Foundation, the company’s charitable foundation.
Lou Redbord
Regional Vice President
North Carolina and South Carolina
Lou Redbord is the Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Carolinas. Lou oversees 19 offices and nearly 1,250 independent sales associates, serving clients in the communities throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
Lou is a 23-year real estate veteran who was an award-winning affiliated sales associate and most recently regional vice president in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New Jersey company. Lou received the prestigious NRT LLC President’s Council for Managers Award on nine separate occasions between 2002 and 2014, honoring his achievements in office sales production.
Lou has been married for over 25 years to his wife Susan, together they have two children, Julia, who graduated from High Point University and Matthew, who currently is attending High Point University and is a cadet with the ROTC Air Force at University of North Carolina A&T.
