NRT LLC TOPS REAL TRENDS 500 REPORT
Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® Parent Company is No.1 in the U.S. for 19th Year Straight
CHARLOTTE (March 31, 2016) — According to the newly released REALTrends 500 report, NRT, LLC, the parent company of Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS®, is ranked No.1 in both transaction sides and sales volume in the nation. NRT’s sales volume is more than double the volume of second-ranking HomeServices of America, and greater than the six largest competitors combined.
With 16 offices and 620 independent sales professionals in the Carolinas, Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® closed $1.36 billion in closed sales volume and the company closed 5,994 transaction sides in 2015.

The REALTrends 500 is an annual research report that identifies the country’s leading residential firms as ranked by closed transaction sides and separately by closed sales volume. The REALTrends 500 report was released at REALTrends’ annual Gathering of Eagles event on April 29.
