Her journey to becoming a Realtor began with her invaluable contributions as an administrator, team lead, and transaction coordinator, where she orchestrated trainings, meetings, and client appreciation events with precision. Her collaboration with Shannon in launching the business laid the foundation for their future success. But Alli's talents extend far beyond the realm of real estate. As a former Director with Thirty-One Gifts, she honed her organizational prowess while leading a diverse team of 50 women.
