If go past Arastra Way and go up 2 switchbacks on Wild Wagoner there's a pull off on the right which leads to Lot 4 (park on road and walk it). The easement for Lot 4 would be accessed here. You will need to back out after. If you continue up Wild Wagoner Trail it will lead you up to the top of the ridge where you can see both sides with a 360 degree view, beautiful! I drive a Subaru and can make it all the way up.
