A longtime Denver resident with a passion for the city’s distinctive design, Courtney brings years of sales experience and a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness and superior negotiating skills.

One of Courtney’s greatest desires is to support local non-profits and charities to help further their efforts!

Courtney is a resident of Castle Rock and is proud mom to her two children, Addisyn and Cole. When she is not hosting open houses, or searching for the perfect properties for her clients, she enjoys traveling, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, giving back to the community and spending time with family and friends.

Courtney showcases her homes on her website and utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her clients buying and selling needs, including stagers, painters, designers, handymen and inspectors. She is communicative, thorough and detail- oriented. Helping clients to have an outstanding experience when making one of the most important and exciting decisions in their lives, is her goal. Courtney’s strength is connecting with people and figuring out ones wants and needs.
