What really makes me stand out as a Real Estate Agent, is the passion and loyalty for which my clients show me on a daily basis in the form of repeat business and referral business. My business model is predicated upon the success and happiness of my clients and I am always willing and able to take on new clients who can appreciate an Agent who always has their best interest in mind. I always strive to provide a high level of service that elicits a "Realtor for Life" commitment from my clients.

Being a Native, I am not bound by geography, because a great Agent can thrive in any neighborhood, under every economic condition, and will always get the results my clients desire and deserve. I grew up in Northern, CO but now live in the Greenwood Village neighborhood and am married with 2 kids (Hayden, & Lauren).

My long-time involvement in the community and membership in groups such as the Denver Metro Real Estate Association and Stapleton Cooperation of Realtor Excellence provides me with inside information on the area and a leg-up on properties coming to market. Denver's low home sales inventory makes bidding on a home extremely competitive and requires a broker who finds out what is hitting the market before it happens so my clients have a leading edge. This sort of information clients won't see online and is learned by being involved and connected to neighborhoods and communities. Because I know what my clients are looking for, I’m able to tailor my efforts toward their needs!
