Linda's background in the real estate industry has evolved over the last 30 years from
mortgage lending into sales. She has managed, originated and underwrote everything from
portfolio lending to government loans. Utilizing her mortgage background she worked with
many joint venture partners in the development of single family new construction subdivisions
in the State of Florida. Linda moved to Colorado and began her career in real estate making
sales, as well as holding roles in coaching and recruiting.
