Hi, my name is Rebecca Rendon and I am a newly licensed Broker with Coldwell Banker at the Denver West location. I am very excited about my new career and can't wait to see where my future will take me in the real estate industry. I am a Colorado native who grew up in the Lakewood/Wheat Ridge area and I know the west side of the Denver Metro like the back of my hand. I chose a career in Real Estate to better mine and my family's life and future, as well as provide loyalty and care to the community around me.

A little about my personal life… I've been married to my husband for two years, and we have a beautiful two-year-old daughter. We recently bought our first home in Golden, and we absolutely love this little town. We are close to the Clear Creek Trails, and love taking our evening family walks by the river. Spending time with extended family and friends is a priority of mine, and cooking, and barbequing are one of my favorite hobbies.

As someone who has successfully owned a business and has over 16 years of customer service, marketing, and accounting skills, I know I have what it takes to be a great Broker. I have a strong understanding of title insurance, and warranty deeds. I have experience in being an Executor of an Estate, seeing out the previsions of a Will, selling a home under an Executor Deed, and dealing with probate court. As well as a personal experience in dealing with the Permitting, and Planning and Zoning Departments, and I know what to look for and how to handle zoning violations. I also bring to the table style, fantastic organization skills, a keen eye for detail, and a "don't mess with me' attitude that can get the job done.
