When the economy crashed in 2007, my husband's employer transferred us to Kelowna, BC, Canada, there my 2 sons were born.  Years later, we moved back to the Islands where we lived between Hawaii and Oahu.  Another relocation took us back to Canada, where we settled in Burlington, Ontario for 13 years.  There I studied Holistic Nutrition and helped clients empower themselves to use foods to improve their health.

We love Colorado and now call Colorado home.  My boys play hockey and when we are not at the rink, we are outside because the weather is so beautiful!  We love hiking and biking the trails with our fur baby Lily.
