Richard brings over 50 years of experience as a professional auctioneer, having successfully conducted auctions throughout New England. Known for his integrity, professionalism, and respect for both buyers and sellers, Richard has built a reputation for creating fair, successful transactions by skillfully bringing people together.

His extensive background in sales, negotiation, and market dynamics makes him a valuable asset to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Richard’s commitment to service extends beyond his profession; he has generously volunteered his auctioneering expertise to support numerous charitable organizations, including the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, the Possum Queen Foundation in Litchfield, and the Mercy Foundation in Hartford, among many others.

In addition to his professional work, Richard serves as a reserve sheriff in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, reflecting his long-standing dedication to community service.

Richard and his wife, Rebecca, reside in New Preston, Connecticut. In their free time, they enjoy traveling throughout New England and New York State in their RV, as well as spending time with their two sons and their spouses, four grandsons, and their beloved dog, Buddy.
