Born at Yale New Haven Hospital, Ryan Connelly began his journey in Madison, CT, where his roots run deep. His parents still call the town home, and his brothers and children remain close by. After graduating from Daniel Hand High in 1997, Ryan pursued his passion for Neurobiology at UConn, earning his degree in 2001. In 2005, he entered a new chapter as he married Erin Connelly. Together, they embarked on various ventures, initially working alongside his brother Chris roofing houses until 2008.

In that pivotal year, Ryan founded Connelly Building and Design LLC, where he honed his skills in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and other intricate projects for the past 15 years. As a hands-on entrepreneur, he has taken pride in delivering meticulous craftsmanship to clients.

In the realm of family, Ryan has raised three wonderful children—Aidan, Shane, and Celia,—in Guilford. His commitment extends beyond the home, as he dedicated the last eight years to coaching youth football, a role he recently retired from as his middle child transitioned out of the youth leagues.

Parallel to his construction endeavors, Ryan has collaborated with Erin, who obtained her real estate license in 2014. Providing invaluable insights into home conditions and repair costs, they’ve guided numerous clients through the intricacies of homeownership. His own journey in real estate began in 2019 when he obtained his license, specializing in the nuances that make a house truly captivating.

Having transplanted from Madison to Guilford in 2005, Ryan developed a profound appreciation for both towns. Maintaining friendships in each community, his knowledge spans neighborhoods, enabling him to guide newcomers with a deep understanding of the local geography.
