I enjoy the real estate business and the opportunity to help clients achieve their objectives in home ownership – whether first time buyers, experienced homeowners upgrading or downsizing, as well as investors. I listen carefully to what my clients are hoping to achieve, and I work hard to give them the perspective of the market that aligns with their objectives. I am an experienced negotiator and work well with other players in the field to help find workable solutions that lead to success. I am particularly valuable in moving deals to closure as I take an energetic and proactive approach to transaction management, while keeping my clients well informed of events, dates and possible issues that may require their attention.

I have a BS in accounting and an MBA in finance and information systems. I have over 30 years of banking and technology management experience. I am very comfortable with financing issues, business economics, and investment analysis.

Married with 2 successful adult children. Resident of Milford for over 5 years after living in Trumbull for 20 years. I have owned and bought and sold my own single family, condominium and time share properties. I have condominium board and treasury experience.
