Born in Yonkers, NY, and raised in Danbury, CT, David H. Pina brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to the real estate market. A Wager College Alum, David studied Marketing with a minor in Economics, which equips him with a solid foundation to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions effectively. 

Before entering the real estate field, he honed his skills in direct lending sales and accumulated five years of valuable construction experience. These experiences have not only deepened his understanding of properties but also enhanced his ability to serve clients with informed insights.

Fluent in Spanish and currently learning Polish, David is passionate about connecting with diverse communities. He lives by the quote from Stephen King: "Talent is cheaper than table salt.
