Erika Wilson Lelievre is a deep-rooted second-generation real estate agent in Newtown, CT. As the daughter of one of the founding members of Curtiss Crandon and a local and well-known builder, Erika has lived in every corner of town - 21 Newtown homes in total. In addition, she has resided in 7 other towns in Connecticut and has spent an adventurous 14 years at home on boats, moving a total of 39 times in her life.

Erika earned her BS in Geology and Geophysics and her Masters of Education. She went on to teach science for 6 years at Weston High School. For the last 13 years, she has been homeschooling her daughter and continues to do so after having returned to Newtown. In her spare time, Erika keeps on her toes as the founder and administrator of a large, worldwide group of traveling sailing/cruising families and she owns a cosmetic store (in her home). She loves the water and boating of all kinds, hiking, gardening, writing, and – apparently – moving.
