My name is Georgios Sfikas, I am a realtor licensed in New York and Connecticut. I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. For high school, I attended St. Raymond's High school in the Bronx and graduated in 2002. I then went on to Iona college in New Rochelle and graduated in 2006 with a bachelors degree in political science and a concentration in criminal justice.

After college, I took a job at a property management company in Hartford, CT. In 2009 I bought my first house and then became the property manager which consisted of managing hundreds of units at the age of 25.

In 2013 at the age of 29, I married my wife Rose and we purchased our second home and relocated to Danbury CT. After having our first child in 2016, and because of my passion for real estate, I pursued becoming a real estate agent and began working part time.

Within the first year, all while having a new baby at home and also managing a full time job, I was able to successfully make 13 sales and missing the award of rookie of the year by a few dollars.

In 2019 we bought our 3rd home in Brookfield and in 2020, I decided to become a full time agent in order to share my passion for both real estate and to help others to fulfill their dream of home ownership. This is one of the most important decisions in a persons life and I want to be there to help by sharing my knowledge and guiding them through the process to make it as smooth as possible.
