My philosophy is to educate my client by providing all the necessary information to make informed and sensible real estate decisions. I enjoy working and helping people to find the house they desire. Education and Training

I have worked in the Real Estate field for over 40 years. I have an Associate degree in Legal Studies and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from UCONN.  During my career I’ve held various management positions.  A Teller Supervisor while in Banking, an Assistant Manager while in Real Estate Lending for Barclays Bank and a Loan Administrator in the commercial real estate group at Citi Group, formerly Travelers Insurance Company.  Most recently, and throughout COVID, I worked for a local law firm as a real estate paralegal handling real estate closings.   I’ve held a Connecticut real estate license for the last 25 years.  My education, legal and real estate experience are a solid foundation for me to assist you in all areas of real estate at Coldwell Banker Realty.

Awards and Designations

I am a graduate of the Floyd Wickman Sales training and Dale Carnegie programs. I am 25 year licensed Realtor in the State of Connecticut. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the New Haven/Middlesex Association of Realtors.  I am a Certified Relocation Specialist and a State of Connecticut licensed Notary Public.

Areas of Expertise

I enjoy all areas of real estate, especially selling waterfront and shoreline area homes.  I enjoy working with seniors and first-time homebuyers. When you list or buy with me, I will guide you through the process with Honesty, Integrity and Trust.  I am experienced as a Listing Agent and a Buyer Agent and will work with you through negotiations, inspections, contingencies and closing.  I have a local network of professionals to assist, if needed, such as attorneys, builders, movers, and other services related to your move. I am certified as a Relocation Specialist, and I have worked with short sale and foreclosed property transactions.  I have access to agents throughout the US if you should need to relocate or purchase a second home.

Personal Background

I am a 20-year resident of Old Saybrook.  I have raised 2 children and 3 stepchildren who are now all adults, We enjoy reading, bicycling, yoga, golf, walking, travel and water sports together.  I have a rescue dog, Sam, aged 8 who is a welcomed part of our family.  I am active in the Town of Old Saybrook and enjoy living here on the shoreline.
