Having owned my own business for 23 years I learned to pride myself on customer service and going above and beyond to be sure my clients were satisfied with the products and service my company offered. I took those skills and same customer centric attitude to my real estate career. 

Purchasing a home is generally the largest financial transaction someone goes through, it is stressful, it is confusing and it is wrought with deadlines. As a professional real estate agent I pride myself on guiding you through each step, to take some of the stress and confusion away. When you work with me as your agent I will always look out for your best interest and communicate with you every step of the way so you know what has happened and what is coming up next.

As a listing agent I work with my sellers to represent their home in the best light and get them the most money for their homes. I was trained as an agent that specialized in properties that did not sell when listed in the past and had great success in re-listing and getting those homes sold quickly and, in many cases, for more money than they were listed for prior. I help my clients to get their homes staged properly for resale and guide my sellers through each step of the sales process.

Priding myself with constantly keeping up with market trends, and ongoing education by taking new and refresher classes weekly so I am always on top of things and stay aware of alternative marketing and contract writing methods that set my clients apart.

Communication is the key! I am always available for questions and reach out to my clients consistently to let them know what is coming up and what to expect so no one is ever confused or blind-sided by the process of buying or selling.
