They specialize in residential, waterfront, historic, and investment properties. They serve first-time buyers, families, retirees, empty nesters, transferees investors.

Carolyn has a deep appreciation for the opportunity to serve buyers sellers. We handle each transaction professionally and work diligently to produce smooth, stress-free experiences for our clients. Our goal is to have clients for life, not just sales for today.

Carolyn received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Newcomb/Tulane University. She earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and holds membership in the local and National Association of Realtors and Chamber of Commerce, and holds her e-pro designation. She is a former President of the New Haven Board of Realtors and has held positions on the Legislative Committee, RPAC Board of Trustees, and Chairman of RPAC for the CT Board of Realtors.

Carolyn was named “2014 Realtor of the Year” by the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and has been listed in Connecticut Magazine’s Top Ten Real Estate Agents for five consecutive years! Carolyn, her husband, Bob, and their two sons, Bobby and Tyler, reside in Milford. Carolyn is very active in the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of Boys Girls Club of Milford and served on Milford’s 375th Anniversary Committee.
