BA in Accounting from the Univ. of Hartford 1968. Real Estate Broker in CT and MA for 30 years. Past Part Owner of 3 Century 21 offices for 31 years in Enfield, South Windsor and Suffield.

Presently representing several builders in Somers, East Windsor, and Ellington. Understanding of new construction contracts, building and the many financing options available.

Past Member of the Professional Standards committee with the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors for over 20 years. Presently also serving on the Legal Awareness committee. Previously served on the GHAR Board of Directors and the CT Assoc.of Realtors Board of Directors.

Personal Background
Belong to the Central CT Snow Snakes ski club based in South Windsor. UConn basketball fan and I attend games as often as possible. Enjoy skiing, biking, the beach, and vacations (Cape Cod, DR, Pueto Rico, Cancun, Jamaica) with my friends and family, including my grown daughter and son. Previously enjoyed playing basketball, tennis, and racquetball. Raised in Hartford and East Hartford. I moved to South Windsor in 1995 with my wife, Ellen ( a legal secretary) and 2 children. My daughter, Julie, is now also a REALTOR and a top producing agent in the South Windsor office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Son, Stephen, is a fine dining waiter in the Capital Grille at The Chrysler Building on East 42nd Street in Manhattan.
