Let me introduce myself, I am a married mother of 2 college aged sons and a husky (Leo). I have lived and work in Hartford County the community I serve for over 25 years. I enjoy baking, reading, exercising and traveling My extracurricular activities include coaching track and field, I have been a Camp Counselor for Dream Now Sports for the past few years. I founded the W.I.S.E. Network a non profit organization where our goal is to inspire, support and empower young ladies and women to be AWESOME!

As a real estate agent, I will play a critical role in guiding and assisting both sellers and buyers in the process of marketing and purchasing their properties. For sellers, I help with pricing the property correctly, stage as necessary and help to prepare the property for sale by creating a marketing plan, negotiate with potential buyers to ensure the property is sold for the best possible price and under the most favorable terms. For buyers, I assist with finding the most suitable property, arrange property viewing, provide information about the local real estate market and property values, negotiate with the sellers on behalf of the buyer to ensure the transaction goes smoothly from start to finish. In both selling and buying scenarios, my expertise and experience will be invaluable to my clients to navigate the complex and often challenging process of selling or buying real estate. I have worked with and is in contact with multiple mortgage agents to stay current with financing programs that are available to residents.

One of my most important role is to mediate the negotiation process. This involves but not limited to helping clients understand the current market conditions, including recent sales trends, inventory levels, interest rates and how it affects each transaction. Pricing on any property depends on location, condition and comparable sales in the area.
