Linda Schwartz

Linda is thrilled to join Coldwell Banker Westport.  Linda’s start in real estate began in high school while working at her family's commercial real estate company.

Linda graduated from Union College with a degree in Economics and moved to New York City.  After receiving a Master's Degree in nutrition from NYU, she opened a counseling practice while conducting clinical research at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital. Both positions developed her communication skills as she helped clients achieve their goals.  

After visiting Westport, Linda knew it was the ideal community to raise her family, and she and her husband Andrew and two young children settled here from New York City 16 years ago.  Linda has experience firsthand with the excellent Westport Public Schools, music and arts programs, and sports leagues and is still amazed by the beauty and offerings of Westport.  As an active community member, she is eager to share her knowledge and introduce the wonderful amenities of Fairfield County and incomparable community to newcomers regardless of their stage of life. Additionally, Linda has extensive experience with renovation of homes and has worked with prominent builders and architects in the area.

In her spare time, Linda enjoys training for half marathons, traveling, theater, and hosting happy family gatherings which always include her famous chocolate chip cookies.
