Launch of New Consumer Real Estate Website a Major Success
In December, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage enhanced the way home buyers search for properties by upgrading its consumer website from the local CBDFW.com to a new national site, ColdwellBankerHomes.com. The new site combines the websites of 25 Coldwell Banker® companies nationwide, serving 50 of the largest 100 metropolitan areas in the U.S., and features all of NRT’s Coldwell Banker branded and MLS property listings in the regions the company serves. NRT is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
The roll-out of ColdwellBankerHomes.com was not only completely seamless, it was also a major success. In January alone, there were 6.6 million site visits, 10.3 million listing views,
